Lindy Manuel, Founder and Director, has worked in the nonprofit environment for 15 years in a variety of positions. Manuel has a robust background in marketing, communications, and administrative management, with a strong focus on driving brand awareness and engagement through digital channels. She has successfully developed and executed social media campaigns across platforms generating increased brand visibility and customer interaction. Additionally, she has managed email and print campaigns, optimized email open and click-through rates, and tracked campaign performance through detailed reporting and performance indicators. Lindy’s experience extends to creating content, while also overseeing workflow between staff and ensuring that marketing strategies align with organizational goals.

 

In addition to Lindy’s marketing expertise, she has substantial experience in administrative coordination and project management.  She has managed student development initiatives, organized mission trips, collaborated with departments regarding career services, ad maintained efficient systems for tracking service learning requirements. Her leadership skills extend to supervising staff, liaising with external agencies, and ensuring the seamless flow of information. Furthermore, she has experience in financial management, including processing invoices, managing budgets, and overseeing financial statements. With a Doctorate of Technology in Technology Innovation and Leadership underway, Lindy is committed to continuous growth, innovation, and finding creative solutions in dynamic work environments.
